Daniel Tupou to remain a one-club player

Both the Herald and Tele are reporting Zach Fitler will likely go to Union.

Is this a big loss ? Does he look like he can be a first grader ?

I watched alot of the Olympics Rugby 7s, the Roosters have got a good one in Nawaqanitawase.

He's a natural replacement for Manu, big body and a brilliant offload. He'd be wasted on the wing.

He will be very good and shows a lot of potential in NSW Cup. Not ready for NRL yet but eventually will be.
Still finding his feet in RL but is great in the air

Wonder when our club will go to market. We've got Keary, Manu, Suaalii, Tupounia and JWH out the door next season and all we've signed thus far are Mark N and Chad Townsend (Who you'd expect to mainly play reserve grade)

If Sandon Smith can help take us to a grand final/win us one then you'd expect it'd be him and Sam in the halves next year but doesn't change the fact that we need two new centres and a couple of forwards to replace what we have leaving.

I have a strong suspicion Manu will be back in May next year and if not certainly for the start of 2026.

We will have to make so with what he have for next season but I expect some big announcements for 2026. Keep a close eye on the Dylan Brown situation at Parra.

Townsend will be playing first grade at least until Sammy comes back, won’t he? That could be a good chunk of the season given ACLs take a while to recover from.

Thoughts go out to Trent Robinson and his wife for a speedy recovery you don’t wish that on anyone. I hope they recover well.
