As simple and correct as your comment is it still unfortunately requres a degree of comprehension that is apparently beyond the grasp of quite a few here.

For myself I'm going to start whinging about our lack of signings for the 2020 season, I reckon we should have tied up at least some big names by now.

Our biggest weakness was halves and we have done our buisness there.
Our forwards are strong and with a few depth signings like tautai and pauolo etc..+ POH we are finished there.
Backs are our problem-Hayne the only one and probably Loko to be excited about.
Perhaps Kearney thinks some of the young guys will step up from under 20's
