Wighton came for less $'s to play for Souths and his mates and now have Bennett there. Spence is now left at a club in total rebuild, who turfed his mate in May, and i just dont see his lifestyle being about coffees at the beaches..

apparently Schuster is already on outer at SSFC = sounds like headspace isnt 100% committed - which always seemed to be his issue. no chance Manly want him back

Spencer fits the bill - id take him, but has to be the right price- and unfortunately he will have that same role as impact off the bench

does he really want to come back to that (thats why he left here in the first place - along with a nice pay bump)

Jack Cogger maybe? though i think we could afford him

Would Herbie Farnworth want back at Brisbane?

We need three super solid props in the seventeen before you can add Spencer.

Five years of first grade and still only really an impact player who needs to be pulled if the opposition is maintaining possession.

Robbo clearly didn't trust him (similar to Ivan) during the opening twenty five minute onslaught in final last year

Luron Patea ain't Spencer but he is a lot cheaper right now. With the way our cap is going we might be better served investing in him.

And Farnworth could well be the guy. Broncos might trade him for Staggs? Herbie is definately the better player.

Henry and Smith are solid but not much more. They can pop out 50 mins but won't offer much aside from a high work rate.

As Moses declines we need to find someone that offers something different.

Moving Martin might be an answer but we need Patea to come on quicker but Spencer's skillset fits what we will need

We have a stack of kids but lost that middle tier player to other teams. So any we can get to fill that will be handy

If Schuster can't make it under Bennett he won't make it anywhere else. I think the dude is lost.

Cogger was shopped to the Phins recently. They said no.

Herbie maybe. Depends on how he sees Wolffeball.

Spencer extended last-year at the Chooks before the finals. He was worried Uncle Nick would sack him after the racism saga. And credited the Chooks for showing him loyalty. I don't think its him.
