So he doesn't rate Benji I guess.
Nope.
So he doesn't rate Benji I guess.
I like this very much @ChinsI wonder if we might be more in the running for this than we'd expect.
Swap Galvin for Tago? Tago gets his May connection back. We get several hundred k off our cap. Galvin gets his good coach and cements a move to a club he wanted to come to previously, play next to the GOAT(s) etc.
Swap Galvin for Tago?
So who does , lolsSo he doesn't rate Benji I guess.
I do.It's just a rumour so don't shoot the messenger, but I read we are monitoring Tyson frizell to try and stiffen our defence in the middle.Hes off contract at yrs end and 33yrs of age.I don't know about this one.
I do.

Haha, abit like Walters who reminds me of a farmerSo who does , lols
He was willing to come here and play alongside Nathan though.Galvin is mad about being second fiddle to a 4 time premiership winning, 2 time origin winning and international hero half I'd say his ego is not what you want here.

Frizell would be better than Eisenhuth, but not sure he'd be willing to come here just to play cup.
I've always liked him, but he's getting pretty long in the tooth. If we want a depth edge/middle who's going to contribute on the fringe of the squad we'd be better off keeping Sorensen.

Galvin is extremely talented, no doubt, he’s a potential super star, I think he and Nathan would be an amazing halves pairing. He was willing to come here and play alongside Nathan though.
He and his camp have issues with the club that go back a long way. I'd be surprised if he's playing there next year.

But, and it’s a huge But.
He’s well over priced and
He seems to be a very destabilising kinda character. I’m not sure he’s great for a team, I think anyone considering signing him would see that as a pretty big negative
The carrot would probably have to be an 18-month deal. His experience would be invaluable over this years Origin period with Martin and Yeo out.
Rumours persist the Knights want Brown early. They have to move players on to accommodate him.
We have about six months left in contracts this year. We might pick him up cheap for the remainder of his contract.
If we are looking to him solely for next-season I don't see much benefit.
With the current siruation it's been interesting going back over what now seem to be somewhat cryptic replies Benji and Jarome have given to questions about Galvin...I think there could be something to him maybe not being receptive to being coached?
Also...here's one to think about if you think you're a chance...Gould has loudly and publicly urged WT not to mess with a 19 year old's tender head by throwing big money his way!!....yeah ok..so howabout messing with a 19 year old's tender head by relentlessly and loudly and publicly proclaiming him to be the greatest young player he's ever seen...will earn the most money...can do things Noone else can do etc etc etc. at every opportunity he has!...Nothing to see here folks lol Gus has kissed and made up with Moses ...who knows...maybe they've bumped into eachother somewhere and the subject inadvertently came up? LO(VERY) L
Don't you have enough threads on your own forum about Galvin, that you and Silverdale have to invade other places.
I do agree though Gould has gotten his sticky paw prints all over Galvin.....I wonder where does that leave Burton. How will Gould kick to the curb to make his salary cap work. Never seen a CEO who falls in love so hopefully with every brand new toy in the shop window.
