Or he's motivated more by money than on-field success. Jarryd's got nothing to prove.
Kade snowden is more of a plodder than plodstin poore.
Of course Haynes manager is going to talk to other clubs, it's the only way to know what he is worth
No. But if he chooses to not sign a new Eels deal before November and shop him self around, then all his talk about wanting to win a Premiership at Parra and loyalty etc will be just that - talk."You think he's disloyal and without integrity?"
Clearly. Anyone with any loyalty or integrity would tell the club to stuff the million dollars, it's minimum wage or nothing.
No, all I'm saying is he can't have have both worlds - either he's loyal to the club and wants to sign on again before November, regardless of what other offers might come his way. Or otherwise he's just in it for the best dollars he can get. He's been very well rewarded by us thus far, and I don't begrudge him the choice to look for the highest bidder - but if that's the case imo he should just be straight about it, rather than come out with half cooked quotes implying loyalty and trying and play it both ways.I see, so if you don't stay with the same club for your entire career you are disloyal? All we are talking about here is whether or not he re-signs with us a full year before his existing contract expires. He's got every right to hear what's on offer. That doesn't make him disloyal, or lacking in integrity. That makes him sensible.
He seems to have stuck around at this club in circumstances when plenty of other players would have said 'I'm alright Jack, see ya'.
Yep, and so we'll see what his character, leadership and loyalty to club is really like soon enough.Or he's motivated more by money than on-field success. Jarryd's got nothing to prove.
Well, I know that stats aren't everything, but I just checked out his last 5 games. Making 120-150m per game at about 10 metres per run. He's not useless. Tonight 15 runs for 150m. I'd take him at the right price.
He is a massive unit who could, if he is switched on, be a very good pick up.
EAGLES TRYING TO LEAVE THE NEST
Nothing has changed at Manly with confirmation Anthony Watmough and Brett Stewart are still desperately trying to negotiate releases from their contracts.
If successful, Watmough will finish up at Parramatta and Stewart is more likely to be at the Canberra Raiders than the Bulldogs.
Manly officials need to decide if they want to keep two disgruntled players on their books or use the money from their contracts to try to lock up Daly Cherry Evans and Kieran Foran.
Both halves are up for grabs at the end of next season.
Who you talking about ?
Whatmong looks finished, wouldn't touch him with a 40 foot pole.
