I'd be keen to get Scott, not so much Tamou.
I reckon we will be in with a shot. We were close last time Scott came off contract.

Massive no for Tamou, he was a soft pea heart before he injured his neck. Failed to earn his pay check off the back of one great season. Last night he made Brendan Oake look like Shane Webcke.
Mate, most years they made the GF and semis, they had a gun team and or rorting the cap. And besides, they had and still have one hell of a spine with some gun forwards that play for there country.
Don't forget Fitzgerald, Taylor, Hagan and Anderson. Blokes under short term pressures make short term decisions.
Just a fun guess:
$400k hoppa
$400k Sandow
$250k lussick
$150k pauli
$150k wicks
$200k Brad T
Leaves $150k, it might be needed for Davis depending whether he accepts a 2 tier contract or not.
We need to sign lussick/wicks or get similar replacements as we are bit light on for props if they leave.
Not sure how correct that article is.
Anyhow I am starting to thinking it's a waste keeping both norman/Sandow. While norman could go ok at fullback he is probably wasted back there. I would like to keep Sandow but I think from a squad balance is probably best we didn't resign him and look for a decent centre, $300-400 would get us something decent. It would also make us lot stronger defensively. While I think Hoppa is good enough at fullback.
1. Hoppa
2. Semi
3. Brad T
4. New signing
5. Rookie junior
6. Foran
7. Norman
That is a fair backline.
Remember when I told you about Sandow's contract being back ended and you ventilated that topic for a good month. You drive me crazy you bastard.
Hayne's past history, not coming back. We have his spare (2015) salary to play with this year, and that's it.
I've got a funny feeling he will come back - and win that elusive premiership with us.
Would we need one?If he did come back, then WOWWWWWWWWWWW
1. Hayne
6. Foran
7. Norman
9. Peats
3. Hoppa or 4
4. Taka or 3
2. Semi
5. Another powerful explosive winger, maybe J Folau, on foreign hostile land he was very impressive today??? A massive improvement on all the other wingers we've got.
Lots of points on offer here and great defence across the park.
But who is our goal kicker?

Those players will still struggle unless our forward pack learns how to consistently win the play the ball.
Agreed. This is where Peats will improve as the season unfolds particularly after mid-season, and BA will experiment with our starting pack to make sure we are still in the game after the 1st 30 minutes and not be blasted out of the game which the warriors did to us today. I also think we had a few injured players playing today.
You can shuffle the deck chairs on the Titanic as much as you like. This Club has failed to consistently win the play the ball area for more than a decade. I don't see why those players that have failed to consistently win the play the ball are suddenly going to do it now.
This squad is not the titanic mate.
This 2015 squad is a much better squad than the squads we offered up over the last 5 seasons.
Bar further injuries BA and the squad will sort things out and as Colonel pointed out in another thread, I also agree that BA will acquire another centre/fullback or two before June 30th.
Am very confident that we will make the top 8 this year.
