I really hope the tigers stay strong and make him play out the next 18 months in reserve grade.
He still qualifies for Flegg.
That’s where I’d be sending him.

100% agree with all of this. He’s clearly got a deal on the table (illegally) elsewhere and wants out now. Make him rot in Flegg as DJDL says.Surely the sensible thing to do if you didn’t want it stay was to take a look at the offer put forward by the Tigers and inform them of that you wanted to test the open market.
Not bag off the coach, whether firsthand or by way of your manager in the press. I guess playing for an early release, but for the Tigers absorbing his 250k salary to show player managers that they’re no longer there to be f**ked with is money well spent.

I think it’s $350k this year and next that he’s on. I’d say that’s definitely a price worth paying to show the player managers they’ll not be had over anymore. They’re probably paying more than that to players who are playing other clubs currently anyway.
I actually feel the other way, I’d love to see it galvanise the Tigers. Have Galvin rotting in reserves (losing out on about $1m extra earnings he would have got in the next 18 months that he can’t earn anywhere else as he’s under contract at the Tigers), seeing his team doing really well, would be sweet justice for Galvin and Isaac Moses - maybe that would teach young blokes to not trust the snake and absolute stain on the game that is Moses.I also hope it derails the tigers season too. f**k em
I'd put good money on him being released early and the clownshow of the nrl rolling on as normal.I actually feel the other way, I’d love to see it galvanise the Tigers. They need to stop letting players and agents walk all over them. This is a good step to that.Reckon 2 sides to this story, anyway the Tigers are dumb to drop him, likely an unpopular opinion but they need him. Benji has never had any control.
Manly is my bet I think they are one of the few clubs that are heavily influence by Moses, there is a heap of them there including seibold
Isaac Moses ----> Mitchell Moses ----> Cousinsso parra?
Just spent a week in Perth. Both are flawed but glad WA get a team back - my golden years might be spent in the west at some stage. Hopefully the “much loved franchise” (according to Fox League) stick around, anyone’s guess how it turns out.
Glad you enjoyed it - I’ve been a lot over the years and its only drawback is the isolated location.Just spent a week in Perth.
Some really nice places to see (esp. the beaches) and top weather at this time of the year…
Optus Stadium and the river are good value.
