What they need, and they may have one, is a full time sports psychologist.

It seems too easy to me to change the coaches, change the players etc. I think the root cause of all the problems is a lack of leadership, a lack of game management and a severe distrust within the team that some players can get the job done when the chips are down.

They need somebody to drill down into the workings of this group and make strong recommendations.

Probably wouldn't hurt to bring in psychiatrist either.
