I dont need club legends or names or media favourites.

I want someone who knows the game and understands key positions - and how individuals can take their game to the next level.
Nobody is developing our halves. They are confused and their games have stagnated.
Brayley is inconsistent in attack. He's shown what he can do, he lights it up one week but not the next.

Someone who can have individuals perform at their optimum. At the moment too many are playing the worst football of the first grade careers

Someone who understands the intensity of the top 4 is required week after week - not only in home games for the hookers 150th game.

That right there explains the Wahs Andrew Webster.
A no name most had never heard of.

Who's lighting it up in lower grades / junior comps the last few years?

Who's an old stager with a high win loss?

Geoff toovey?
Neil Henry?

Proven winner.
Wherever he has gone.

Do hannay, price and fitz come over as a bunch of boring nervous nellies?

You hear Jimmy talk about the fun they had in 2016 and how they KNEW they could beat Melbourne. They WANTED to play Melbourne.

A guy who struggles with head noise - nicho - might benefit big time from jimmy's lighearted, confident positivity.

No challenge was ever too big for Maloney.

I agree - me mentioning Wade wasn’t my preference, it’s just the type of thing I could see happening.

I’d take Jimmy, just for shits and giggles - see if he can get them to loosen up a bit, but with the steely competitor edge too.

In reality, I’d like a bit of a tactician of a coach - we seem to just play the same week after week, no real variation, no trick shots, no moves the team have made up during the week at training. We need someone with a bit of creative flair. An old schooler who isn’t there to massage their egos, but instead to do the X’s and 0’s…. To give the players in depth analysis of what they’re doing well, what they’re doing poor and where they need to improve. Jason Taylor isn’t a bad shout, Michael Hagan, Mick Potter - or someone like Cronk/Johns

Mick Potter he always done well when given a go.
Matt Ballin, if the rumours are right that Ennis in line for eagles job how about Ballin, he is in the QLD origin system as well

One of the highlights of my week is watching Jason Alchin give his presser after another Toowoomba Clydesdales loss. He's such a spud. He'd actually go well with Fitzy. Always something to like after an insipid performance. He'd need a set of Flanno veneers though.
