Well might not. Someone signed Ricky stuart long term so doesn't mean they are smart enough to take him. He lives up there so would be ideal

Storm recovery & rehab is close to the best in the comp...if you're not rated where you are perhaps you don't rate the best care & recurring injury is a result.
