Only a fool would suggest that we currently have a nucleus of world class players.

I have highlighted an important word in my original post. If Ricky didn't think he could eventually create a world class system of his own at Parramatta then he wouldn't be in the job.

So if we have established that this is likely to be his mindset then it is not a stretch to suggest that Ricky might be confident that could get something out of a player like Blair within the next few years.

Dont have much time for him at the tigers but they are using him as a prop and he's playing big minutes. In the back row he could keep the same game time or use him as a prop more sparingly.

I think he would compliment the pack already signed for next year, the change (for him) from being a perceived money muncher at his current club and the price we should be able to pick him up for are 3 big positives.

Thats the only way I would be contented with Blair signing. For the life of me can't understand why the Tigers are playing him in the middle third of the field.

If Blair is cheap, I'd take him. If he doesn't pan out then you can dump him to Wenty and it's no huge loss, but if he can produce his best then it's a massive upside.

An explosive intense in your face coach like Stuart would be on par with Craig Bellamy so I'd say that Blair would be a very suitable option for our forward pack moving forward next year, possibly even this year. Blair should thrive off Ricky's aggression. Have heard a rumour from a mate involved with the Tigers that they will cover around $200/$250k of his package for 2014 and all of it for this remaining year. Apparently they are keen to let him go. Come on board Adam Blair you f**king merkin. We can do with your "attitude" or was it just Bellamy's agro-attitude rubbed off on you.
