I suspect that we'd be starting Friend and bringing in Pritchard off the bench, similar to our Riddell-Marsh and Keating-Kingston combinations of days gone by.

...And after posting this, I see how obvious it is and I kick myself for stating the bleeding obvious.

It's funny you should say that....I've heard the name Roy Asatasi thrown around in some circles, which is puzzling given our front row depth

I had a close look at Roy when i was at the Souths game last Saturday, he is all class. I can understand why Souths stuck with him for so long despite his injuries. I believe he would be very professional in the way he goes about his footy. I'd take him on a two year deal.

I think we could still use a quality front rower.

Depth is fine, but we don't have a world beater in the front row do we?

Could do a lot worse than bringing in Asotasi for a couple of years, proven winner and consummate professional. He'd teach our young blokes a thing or 5 about what it means to play in the engine room.

Trouble is Roy only signs 5 year deals.

I have heard that Fui is not one of the 12......

I wouldn't have thought so. He has been by far one of our best and I don't care how old he is. Some players like Brad Thorn (38 years Old) just keep going and I reckon Fui is one of those type of players.
