Took Newcastle from a team that had 1 win and a draw in the 2016 season when he first started and built them to a team that was making the 8 the year after he left them, considering he did all the recruiting and got them out of that hole I reckon it's fair to credit him for helping them become a more successful team.

The Warriors not so much in my opinion but he did leave them midway through 2022 and by 2023 they'd made the top four so similar to what happened with the Knights I guess.

He's a good pick up for Parramatta, he and Ryles have a friendship and Brown has almost 500 games of head coaching experience which is going to benefit the Eels greatly.
