Are you still as strong a supporter of the first white anting of DA as you were at the time, Spags er... I mean Stags? ;-)

Absolutely...

And those who knew the club well back then would of supported the decision, we were 3 or 4 years away from a competitive squad and our junior system was a rabble but ofcourse any 2 bit idiot who never gave a shit about the clubs overall structure at grass roots level has formed an opinion that a 9 week run of ad-lib footy was the key to successful club... Isn't that right sharpman ... Oh I mean phantom Issa oops sorry Bartman ;-)

Wow, so you're still an avid "sack the coach" man, as well as a recent "sack the board" convert, Stags? We were never as big a rabble then or now as we were under 3P.

Best of luck with how those short-term approaches help the future success of the club... ;-)

No I was an avid sack DA man... I was happy to see him go, I dare say after Tuesday there'll be plenty of people other than myself who'll share the same opinion about our board although as you've indicated it shouldn't concern you as you won't be following our club for the remainder of the season.

If you don't think that Tuesday's decision will not mark as the darkest day in the clubs history than you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were..

Check this out from farcebook . This will go down real well with the NRL supporters:crazy:

Eels? D-Day plans for losing points

PARRAMATTA would consider fielding an NRL side full of park footballers, immediately shedding players who have already signed with rival clubs and begin preparing for 2018.

Well, that's a wishy-washy, unsourced statement by the Tele. And the behaviour suggested is ludicrous (resting / operating on injured players aside). If we get a significant penalty, unless our behaviour is indefensible you appeal it through the available channels and your players then have something (potentially) to play for, and your fans have hope. You keep your training and playing structure. You behave like men, not spoilt 13 year olds in charge of the sub-junior golf club.

If the club even consider doing what is implied they've lost me. People have to grow up.

Maybe it was a leak from us to put a bit of pressure on the NRL regarding the penalty. The networks the give the NRL a lot of money will not be happy if one of their biggest sellers don't get them ratings because we have a bunch on Luke Kelly's playing

Quite possibly. And if true, it smacks of the immature, selfish behaviour that has plagued us for years.

I call BS on that article. If we lose enough points to end our season there is no way BA would do this. I think he would want us to go out there and smash every team.

Did DA brush you for an autograph, or did you just swallow Spagnolo's agenda hook, line and sinker?

I dare say after Tuesday there'll be plenty of people other than myself who'll share the same opinion about our board
So you think Tuesday's decision will change people's minds, who haven't decided where they stand about the board already? Or do you think that the posturing speeches on Monday night (and the way they are reported in media) will turn people against the current admin?

What if... the NRL states the squad is currently under the cap for the first time since before 3P came to power? (No reson to sack the board then, if the current admin are confirmed to have finally (even with a smallish points penalty) gotten the club back on track after the mess and constant changes that were the 3P years - Osborne-Kearney-Bently-Edwards-Stuart...?

If you don't think that Tuesday's decision will not mark as the darkest day in the clubs history than you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were..
The sky is falling, the sky is falling . It's a bold call to say it will be the darkest day in the club's history... you sound like a Telegraph journo!

Will this be darker than 3P running the Parra District Football Club into oblivion, through not even holding an AGM (where they would have lost their power)? Either you're entirely partisan Stags, or you just love turning your support for the club into a drama.... Either way, I wish you best of luck with it all..

Maybe it was just a(nother) leak from the leakers, designed to build public opinion against the current board ahead of Monday night's AGM?

Still, there's enough simple-minded folk calling to sack the board that this approach by the unelected "warlords" sadly seems to be working.

If we play all of our "park footballers" we'll be over the cap again. I don't think BA would do that though, he constantly says that the fans are important why would he all of a sudden change his attitude?

Even if this was a threat from the board, like has been said BA and the players would never agree to it. They all have too much pride in themselves for it to happen. That makes me think that it didn't come from the board but complete made up bullsh!t

Quite probably. I'm 100% sure that BA would not be part of such an idea. If anything, it would more likely be some part-time dickhead further up the gravy train.
