There's never more to it than that. Recruitment/retention is all about managing risk.

I think he will stay personally. My understanding is the Casino security were the ones who found the tablets. They don't have a good rap at all. I am happy to let him have his day in court first.

I don't think a conviction will lead to him not being retained. Everyone deserves a second chance for certain offences. It's all the ill discipline prior to being caught and the company he keeps which concerns me more.

Yeh, but the question is then.....can you get someone else to pay an amount close the $700k. Coz if you can't then the amount you save by trying to move him on is not $700k. It's $700k - the difference in his wages.
