Hindsight and all but the speech he gave after we won the nines and he was MVP, I thought it odd. As though he was very uncomfortable with the spotlight. That could be for a number of reasons but some of them aren't good. And the word 'shifty' has occurred to me a couple of times since. He's an interesting character I think, and it'd be great if we could get both he and Hayne.

I reckon you have to be a bit shifty to be a decent half.

Well I would think if he is guilty BA wont want him at the club, if he gets off he still has issues with "consorting" which BA may not like so his value could very well drop. As for the Special One, I cant see how he will maintain his value after being out of the game for 2 years so while he'll still be worth a bit, it wont be any where near a million imo.

He has always said he will only play for the Eels so we'll see.

At the end of the day it will be up to BA to put his value on Norman and with so many players off contract anything is possible.

More importantly I think we need a middle forward to replace Jnr and the rest will depend on how much we have to pay. I cant see BA wanting to go into next season without a decent middle forward replacement.

Hayne should have been 5/8 years ago. If we decide not to keep Norman then he should be slotted straight into the 6.
