Careful with your use of the words 'throbbing' and 'Fyshwick' in the same sentence.Poor old Bea also didnt have the warm climes and throbbing nightlife of Lyneham, Dickson & Fyshwick to attract talent as well.

Every team we beat apparently choked, but we kept beating them.
Parra and the Dragons choking is no miracle.
Dragons are world champion chokers as well. Not for us, no.
It's par for he course.
Had a lot to do with their coach. Seems he took 'the choke' to nearly every team he coached.Dragons are world champion chokers as well.
We had the wood on NQ in 2005, probably because we were similar teams playing a similar style. Pumped them in the first semi. I think we had a psychological advantage over NQ. Mind you I think the whole squad had an attitude of "this isnt real, just keep going" that year. It was genuinely a confluence of rules changes, once in a lifetime talents and Tim Sheens genius that pulled that off and the NRL pounced and tweaked the rules immediately. And you may have beaten us in the Grand Finals, had we made it.
But I would wager the 2005 Tigers would have preferred to meet the Cowboys in the decider, than the Eels.
You thought it was an accident?Careful with your use of the words 'throbbing' and 'Fyshwick' in the same sentence.
BA lives 3 mins from the fiddler plenty of night life there.Poor old Bea also didnt have the warm climes and throbbing nightlife of Lyneham, Dickson & Fyshwick to attract talent as well.
Must be the red and white colours.Dragons are world champion chokers as well.
At least he didn't drag it out to the deadline, like some more selfish merkins.Yep no one wanted him so he quickly activated it.
It was a joke about players demanding to break contract when there's bigger money available elsewhere. I suspect we are paying Lomax more than he was on at the Dragons, for example. That’s an interesting comment at the end. Who do you think would consider a homecoming..?
I remember in the 2012/2013 off season reading a post (maybe by @Delboy) about how the club was keen to bring Paulo into the NRL squad but were concerned about his weight and professionalism. It's especially weird because I remember exactly where I was (the car park of Caversham wildlife park) and what I was doing (holding the baby while my wife sorted out the pram) when I read that post. Anyway, fast forward 12 years and we are still hoping he can go a full season without getting fat.I have heard some reports about him and I honestly don’t think he has looked that athletic… ever!
Ryles was adamant he wanted to keep him and clearly he had a plan for him.
Paulo actually looks like a different person there.
This is exactly what I said. Are you claiming I have contradicted myself?Hang on Im confused, I thought a club offering a PO was a genius move that enabled a club to sign a player for less? Surely that being the case the trade off is that 12 months before the PO matures the player can explore the market in which case all will be revealed about whether the current contract is "short"?
Surely if its true that a club offering a player a PO enables them to sign for less money (like all the good clubs do) then it would take more cash to get rid of them?
I could be wrong but I heard all of this from a self certified expert.
Which former Parramatta coaches are we allowed to discuss here? Asking for some whingers. Why are you always comparing Arthur with Stuart? Who gives a stuff about Stuart
His win rate after round 6 2018 was much higher than his win rate before it. Ergo, you indeed were wrong.Anyone on here remotely critical was labeled a death rider, a hater or just plain wrong.
Arthur did a decent job early on but had well and truly worn out his welcome.
Round 6 2018 in fact.
It's a good place to live for family men. Do clubs really want merkins who want to snort drugs and smash lowies every night?Poor old Bea also didnt have the warm climes and throbbing nightlife of Lyneham, Dickson & Fyshwick to attract talent as well.
No just the Dragons. And you faced the Cowboys because the Eels choked. If there was anything special about the Tigers at that time they would've done better in the years either side of 2005. Lightning does indeed strike once.Every team we beat apparently choked, but we kept beating them.
lol and what did we win??? Besides a spoon???His win rate after round 6 2018 was much higher than his win rate before it. Ergo, you indeed were wrong.
God forbid! It's a good place to live for family men. Do clubs really want merkins who want to snort drugs and smash lowies every night?
