The Ginger Infringer?Dogs are rumoured to be shopping Graham around, I would be having a look at him.
Arthur has commented in the past that he rated Graham. Seems like his kind of player.Dogs are rumoured to be shopping Graham around, I would be having a look at him.
The Ginger Infringer?
It feels like an unpopular opinion but Graham's body of work hasn't impressed me at all over the last 2 seasons. The effort is still there but the quality has dipped a long way. In his prime he was a true double-threat at the line and while he made his name in the NRL with his lethal short passes he was also damnably hard to tackle and carried defenders often. He runs more like his stable-mate Aiden Tolman these days, big engine but little impact. He is absolutely better than Tim Mannah but he would also command a much bigger hit on the cap.
If the Dogs are really feeling the pinch in trying to load up a monster deal for Cronk I'd be kicking the tyres on David Klemmer. We want difference makers up the middle. A tilt-the-field presence that demands attention from defenders and still creates opportunities. We might not have any real chance at getting him mind you but there seems to be a specific type of prop we are looking to recruit, as per the rumours of Kane Evans and Viliame Kikau. Klemmer also fits that profile so you might as well send the feelers out.

Agree 40, 4 or 5 years ago he would of been the first forward i would of wanted at Parra. He's still a top player but not the elite player he was even 2 years ago. Kane Evans i reckon would do us just fine and cost half as much.It feels like an unpopular opinion but Graham's body of work hasn't impressed me at all over the last 2 seasons. if the dogs are trying to land cronk why should we be buying up their rejects to help them out? we should be making it harder for them not easier
Evans was a linebreaker in 2015. He dropped right off last year and seems to be on the outer. Has he suffered a career crippling injury? If he could get back to his 2015 he would offer a fairly unique threat in the middle.Don't really get the love for Kane Evans. He's a decent player, don't get me wrong, but he's not any better than what we have. He's big but he doesn't really show it on the field....80m a game last year at about 9m a run. And he's not a very good defender, either. Alvaro offers more metres and more tackles.
