You can hit the little disk which means save or just wait longer before you go to the next page and it will save automatically.

It doesn't require them to have TPAs ready for Bird. The simple fact that they have may have valuable TPAs for the existing squad means that they have more on-cap to spend on outsiders.

Not only that but they just offer to provide TPA opportunities when Bird gets there. And because Broncos players always seem to end up with TPAs Bird trusts that he will too. Whereas we can offer to introduce prospective players to TPA providers and they (or their managers) know that such offers are worthless because ours don't pan out, especially now.

I don't think he's over-rated; but he's one of those players whose utility value goes against him. He's not a better half or five-eight than Norman or Moses - but he might be a better allround player than either of them. He'd probably make a fantastic old-style lock-forward.

Agreed, he's probably a better footballer than Moses or Norman but he's not the player we need. We need a half with a good kicking game and someone capable of leading a team around the park. Hopefully Moses is that man because Jack Bird isn't.

I think he is a very good player, but not a half. He's not worth the $1 million he's reported to be on...but he is worth the $500k the Broncos will have him for under their salary cap.

Moses waiving his rights is a private deal between him and the Eels. The NRL don't have to recognise it.

Think they do, its a contract & NRL don't have the right to pick and choose what clauses they accept and what they don't.

Did they not do the same to Dragons when they poached him before St George had the opportunity to play him first grade few years back. Didn't the dragons also develop him before they signed him?
