Isn't he?

With all due respect, he is making more meters per hitup THIS year than he did in the prior 3 seasons for the Cowboys.

He is getting a lot of coin, I agree I wouldn't take him at the price he is being paid. But I think you might be a bit harsh on his performance.
I'm not saying he's playing bad (unless he is playing Origin) but he's not the battering ram you want. The way he runs plus his height makes him ideal as the runner having to deal with less tacklers where he can do more damage than the majority of other props in the same situation. If you want a battering ram, I'd be sniffing around Canberra

I dont see him being there much longer. Maybe a year.

Your time is up Duke.
Goodbye
He'll be there till he decides to quit, or he croaks.

No one at Penrith will want to be the guy that gave Gus Gould the arse. They're probably all too scared of him to do it anyway I reckon.

Mr Zivanovic made headlines this year over his role as a “fixer” for the club. The multi-millionaire property developer brokered a $50,000 abortion deal with an ex-girlfriend of Panthers forward Bryce Cartwright, after she became pregnant to him. Days after it was exposed, Penrith football supremo Phil Gould seemed to distance the club from Zivanovic at a hastily convened press conference, saying: “Lou isn’t around the club,” and adding he had no “official role” there.

Soo... Lou Zivanovic is Penrith's version of Ray Donovan ??

Did anyone see on Fox Madge go ballistic at his troops in the change room? What an absolute tosser. Not sure which game it was after but even if against Storm (lost 60-6) you don't yell at your players, they're already feeling bad without a dickhead having another go at them. No wonder he has lost the players and is getting sacked. Very poor man management.

Yeah, because I've never seen Craig Bellamy, Des Hasler, Brad Arthur or any other coach blow up at their players before.

Bellamy would be one of the most respected coaches in the game (by his players at least) and he gives them an absolute gobfull if they go in to half time only 10 points in front.

DCE is far bigger than he looks.

Was thinking the same while watching launch live. He was slightly taller than Mannah.
Thought to myself Mannah must be short, cherry maybe wearying long studs, but then compared him to cowboys player and is definitely taller than previously thought

It's not a bad thing but it does create selection headaches. Basically French, Gunco, Taka, Jenko, Hoff & then Rona into 5 spots. My guess would be Taka or Hoff. On top of that these young superstar outside backs are eventually going to be demanding game time as well. Maybe not so much next year, but the year after perhaps
