Been there, done that in the maternity ward, mate. I have to ask how the young Eel is going. Hopefully, no major issues.

Thanks mate. She gave us a surprise by coming out at just 27 weeks so she is extreme preemie. Essentially nothing wrong just underdeveloped and a few complications but she’ll be here full term so 10-12 weeks by the time we’re done.
Life atm is up everyday to hospital for care time and kangaroo (skin to skin) cuddles then home and back a few hours later to repeat.
I’d be lost without these midwives they are incredible. Ive found my future charity for life. This place is keeping us going atm!

Good to hear and hopefully you can both go home with a healthy bundle of joy. Also, as a bonus, you're not missing anything as far as Eels games are concerned.
