If Fitler took a NRL coach job, you’d have to pay him $1m a year. How much do you think he gets paid from Ch9 and NSWRL and how cushy is his life right now ?

For one he said he considers himself to be a coach, so maybe he realizes that he needs a few runs on the board before he can come in demanding million dollar salaries. It all depends on his passion for coaching, but we'll never know unless someone makes him an offer.

Also we have the money to offer whatever we think a coach is worth to the club, that is what the leagues club is for. So if they wanted him or anyone else for that matter it is up to them to decide on the price they're willing to pay out. Money isn't really an issue for our club.

But I feel that he would sign on for between $600-750k, which is hardly milk money.

The only reason that I suggested to come in with an 11th hour bid was because the Dogs have already tabled him a extension and he has all but signed it, so therefore it would be an 11th hour offer if we were to make him one.

Sterlo was smart never to take an NRL coaching position. Fitler would be wise not to push it further than his shot at SOO, especially coaching Parramatta.

Yeah he has Hindy, but to his defense, it is a bit of a challenge for a lumpy, to juggle a keyboard with his hands being otherwise occupied at the moment.

I wasn’t really suggesting anything, just making fun of some knucklehead that thinks he is the best recruitment officer ever and comes up with these brilliant ideas while f*cking up someone’s KFC order like all the other knuckleheads that work at KFC.

4yr deals should ONLY be handed out to guys who have had consistant careers or to guys like say Ponga. Jnr has had 5 full season in the NRL. Perhaps 2 real good seasons. It is a little risky
