Rumours and Stuff

Well as a Permanent Resident here, he has no problems staying.
But as Baz said, getting a visa to leave here and go to France might be more difficult.

I think that is also becoming problematic for people convicted of an indictable offense. Villawood is presently temporarily housing many such people (typically Kiwis) as far as i know.

I'd agree with this if it wasn't the first time he has done it, Mannah even mentioned he does this every time he goes over to Fiji. The club has bent over backwards for him, and so has his coach. 3 times he extended his deadline and as we speak he still hasn't returned. I think the his team mates and coach deserve better. I believe the season was over as soon our punishment was handed down, i was happy to tell the NRL to go f**k themselves and keep the team together and keep winning. Yes we have a slight chance but whats to stop the NRL to raise the punishment to 16 points if we keep winning???? I honestly believe they don't want us anywhere near the finals and i have said that since the punishment was handed down.

They would have to justify increasing our punishment. They've already stated what the reasoning for coming up with 12 points was, if they wanted to up that to 16, they'd need a reason to do that.

Permanent residents are only "permanently in Australia" until Immigration cancels their visa.

It's not as simple as that. Permanent Residents have the same legal rights as citizens with the exception of voting and holding a govt job.

A domestic violence charge would not warrant revocation of residency.

Anyone convicted of an indictable criminal offence can have their permanent residency revoked by Immigration and deported immediately they are released from a custodial sentence. They've done it to multiple people, as recently as this year, some who have even lived in the country for 30-40 years.

Stuff about AVO's shit me. I was in a abusive relationship with the mother of my son, Never said shit for 14yrs until she tried to choke me with our 3yo son on my lap. Called cops they took her away but thinking about the family I never pressed charges . The police put her on a DVO on my behalf for 2yrs. Followed by her threatening to kill me in front of the school in front of numerous parents and kids . Then proceeds to tell all and sundry it was my fault but please don't call the cops. Her punishment for doing so was a anger management course .She tried twice for DVO/AVO's on me but failed because of her previous, and it was all bullshit. Tell me again how funny you think this all is ?
Semi has done nothing wrong until he is proven guilty of doing something wrong ...end of .

They can, yes, but it's very rare it occurs unless there is a history of repeated offence or if you are talking something like rape, murder etc.

The Parramatta Eels are aware of allegations made on Tuesday concerning winger Semi Radradra.

The Eels have informed the NRL Integrity Unit, and the club will continue to work with the relevant authorities.

As these allegations have been referred to police, the club will be making no further comment at this time on this particular matter.

The Parramatta Eels have, through their welfare staff, been providing ongoing programs and services to Semi Radradra and his family, and will continue to offer support as required to all staff, players and family members at the club.

As a national sporting club, the Eels are committed to promoting education, counselling and support around the issue of family violence, both publicly and within the Eels organisation.

I am personally, real life offended that you think I would excuse ANYONE of domestic violence, for any reason. Jokes and internet bullshit aside, that really hurt me.
Mistake number one - never get real life offended by something an anonymous person says about your anonymous person on the anonymous internet.

None of this anonymous internet matters as much as people sometimes think that it does...
