I heard he was cold on the idea of going to the Titans and had been given advice to hold out for the Doggies job... All will be revealed soon I guess. Think there is due to be an announcement this week...

Yea I know, but everyone has been raving about how he has been absolutely killing it in union. I know tries aren;t the only thing that counts but for a superstar winger you would think he'd be finding the tryline more consistently than every 5 or 6 games. Seems like he is plodding along with the rest of the plodders in that shit code

I thought he was playing in the centres??? Anyhoo he’s totally wasted over there and if he wants a challenge he will come back to the best Rugby comp in the world. If he wants easy cash he will stay over there.

Well, like it or not, he's who we have. IMO this year he is showing that he can learn from his mistakes.

Yep and Im Eels all the way. Attack has shown some improvement but defence. Ouch. I like what hes done with Taka and Big Kane. Cant be critical there.
I must say its hard to be critical of our recruitment team. Ticking lots of boxes.

Go for your life. Enjoy the ride. If I didnt Id be the only one. Your reference escapes me though. Prior for 2 years max and at a reasonable cost wouldnt compare to Watmough 4 years on a small fortune. Chock also had injury issues when he arrived.

Signing Prior is fine but to be actively wishing for signing him is bizarre. Welch is one thing, he’s at least young, Prior would be Watmough 2.0.
