Is that true that players pay for their own jersey if they give it away? I call bullshit. But Mahoney seems like a top bloke.I was out there with three layers and it was cold.
If that's true about new jersey's having to be bought if they are given away, that finally answers the question I've been meaning to ask all season about why we're still wearing jersey's with the tape on the sponsor logo on the back of the jersey. I figured they'd have shit loads of jerseys and was wondering why they just wouldn't order a new batch without the logo on it...

You forgot to mention Dylan Brown. How good is he going to get? His skill set is unbelievable for someone so young so imagine what he'll be like with a bit more experience and maturity. Only downside is his back injury which needs to be managed very carefully.
NRL physio said adolescence stress fractures (spondylolysis) heal in two months but leave you with residual muscle tightness. The muscles tense up as the body’s way of protecting the area. So the “pain” that Drown describes is just that muscle tightness. Not a big deal and can be managed with yoga or pilates.

That’s true gronky. But if it's not managed properly it can compress the lower discs leading to future problems, but he has age on his side to fully recover. Definitely not a risk player

If we're planning on pursuing a big money edge forward for 2021 we might be planning on starting Niukore next year, with Fainga'a and maybe Takairangi as backup/interchange options.

Or as so often happens we might be planning on signing then pushing for an early release. Being young the Donkeys might be reluctant to develop him further for the benefit of another club.

It might also mean they free up a bit of cap space to get a bit more experience in their roster.

I believe they get an allocated amount to give away each year. 5 or so. Any after that are taken out of there match payments.

I’d believe that otherwise they’d have printed new jerseys instead of patching the ones they bought in bulk.

I saw he’s trying to get in touch with the person he gave the jersey to.
Apparently he had one of those GPS trackers in it and forgot to take it out before he gave the jersey away. I’m guessing he will have to pay for it if he can’t get it back.

Who is this Josh Kerr Gronky?

Big dragons prop who has played a couple of NRL games. QLD junior I think who went to the dragons via the storms under 20’s.

Big boy and still fairly young 23. Haven’t seen a lot of him play, but we already have a couple of young inexperienced props with potential (and probably better) in Stefo / Kaufusi we don’t need another one.

The GPS was given back
