I’d imagine the Roosters’ offer would still be quite high so it wouldn’t be like he will be crying poor, but it will be interesting to see how much he is going to sign for.

If I was in his position I would take 900k to play at the Roosters rather then 1.1 mill to go to the Dogs. It is still a lot of money. And your almost gauranteed origin so thats a 100k topper. Chances are your next contract will also be decent.

waqa’s also increases year on year up to $800k in his final, with Penriths chip in increasing each year too
