Yep....also I know some disagree, but players generally improve under BA. Additionally the eels look like they will consistently make the finals now, players want to finals.

Well Lane is moving into the middle permanently next year so it leaves an edge spot open if the 'pack doesnt need him.

He’d be enormous, but I don’t think he’s coming to us unless it’s as a hooker.

I guess at lock we’d have to move Nrown into the prop rotation (which I don’t hate).

If we could snare a good edge forward (or keep Davey) Lane could take Evans’ middle bench spot.

Pie in the sky but this forward rotation would be incredible:

11. Davey or New recruit if he’s gone

14. Taka or Salmon (back up hooker is less important with Smith in the team)

I actually think that players on a certain amount (above $500k) the clubs should be allowed to just trade those players between themselves without permission from the player (during an off season only). Any person who earns $500k a year who would be flat out earning $100k doing anything in a real world should have little workplace rights.
