Why? I just feel sorry for them at this stage. Dogs on the other hand need to be put downI actually hate Manly more than the Dogs now.

No, I think he went to England, and then got released from his contract early. Is feleti still at Manly?
Not surprising, he has not looked after his weight and obviously isn't putting his footy first. If I was BA I would offer him a second tier or min wage deal with on the promise he would have a big off season and closely monitored diet from a dietitian etc. He has all the skills as can play as a middle or edge forward or 5-8 but he'd need to lose 20+kgNo, I think he went to England, and then got released from his contract early.
Stags reported having a chat with him, and I think said Feleti pretty much expects his footy career is over?
That's because he looks like he is playing at 115kg, if his at 95-100kg he would have excellent lateral movement and actually he is one of the lightest forwards on his feet. While he is 32 now and has slowed down it would be a no risk, Max reward if it comes off.He doesn't have the lateral movement for defending on the edges. And lacks either the workrate or impact for the middle.
If I was BA, I'd hire Mateo to do my lawns. If I was BA I would offer him a second tier or min wage deal with on the promise he would have a big off season and closely monitored diet from a dietitian etc.
Very true, I'd only consider it because he can be one dimensional in the forwards and only really KE is a true ball playing forwardIf I was BA, I'd hire Mateo to do my lawns.
Mate he was never a good defender. His attacking footwork was more about power in his legs and timing/technique honed over years. The kind of footwork and agility required for edge defence is very different than that used in attack because in attack he has the advantage of deciding when and how to use his feet so he can set himself (and the defender) up to avoid solid contact. In defence he doesn't have that luxury of being the one to decide when to use the footwork. Defenders can only react and Mateo was always poor. That's because he looks like he is playing at 115kg, if his at 95-100kg he would have excellent lateral movement and actually he is one of the lightest forwards on his feet.
I agree that in his day he was one of the best attacking forwards in the game, and with a better attitude his fitness and mobility (and therefore his defence) would have been better. But even at his peak he was an ordinary defender. SBW was always phenomenal in attack and defence. While he is 32 now and has slowed down it would be a no risk, Max reward if it comes off.
Feleti has the same issue with defence and sandow, its not his ability to defend that's the issue it's his will. If he improved his work ethic in his career he would have been SBW like.

why not bert?If I was BA, I'd hire Mateo to do my lawns.
ah u so funny, but no one laughsI'm thinking prop. His speed and power would be awesome in the middle. He's also big so it may be easier for him to defend in the middle where he only has to make contact rather than make harder decisions out wide.
Presented to you by the Penns Bro's propriety limitedI'm loving the The bozo, Zorba and baz show....
I'd take Lolohea in a heartbeat.http://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl...h/news-story/1684985ceb7a8a6a22de98b83f04a978
As revealed by Market Watch last month, Josh Hoffman will also leave the outfit to join Parramatta.
===========
Tui Lolohea’s future at the Warriors is in somewhat of a limbo as the club awaits clarity on whether star playmaker Kieran Foran will be cleared by the NRL to join the club.
Foran has agreed to a one-year deal with the club but the governing body is yet to register the deal.
Market Watch understands the club is not willing to release the excitement machine from his contract but this could change if Foran is cleared by the NRL to return to the game.
It’s understood incoming coach Stephen Kearney is a fan of Lolohea’s but the 21-year-old wants to play five-eighth next season.
A victim of the utility role, Lolohea attracted interest from six rival NRL clubs over the space of 48 hours after he was controversially left on the bench for more than 80 minutes earlier this year.
If Foran’s deal is registered, he will be Shaun Johnson’s first-choice halves partner and you can expect Lolohea’s management to request an immediate release from his deal, which expires at the end of 2018.
Speculation ran rife last week when the creative backline player posted a photo of his girlfriend out the front of the Brisbane Leagues club.
The Warriors utility posted a photo on his Instagram account which has since been deleted with the caption, “What am I doing here?”
It’s no secret the Broncos have previously shown interest in the Kiwi international, as have Melbourne, St George Illawarra, Parramatta and Newcastle.
Market Watch can reveal the Broncos’ interest is no more, while the Storm made discreet inquiries into Lolohea just a few months ago when it became clear Blake Green was joining Manly in 2017.
The Warriors expect to have some clarity around Foran’s deal by November.
