Very interesting. Maybe not all future 1st graders will need to have graced the jersey of the Rouse Hill Rhinos..just saying.
In all honesty it's inconceivable that we are not producing 1-2 players every year ready to step into the top 30.
This has been an utter and miserable failure on the club.
BA has been here 9 years. How many juniors has he promoted in those years?
This is not a BA bashing exercise but I think it's been very poor the promotion of young kids aspiring to wear the Eels jersey. Instead we seem to have opted for bargain basement well travelled borderline 1st graders

Before covid you couldnt even aspire to grow in the Eels jersey as you had to go play for bloody wenty. Since we brought nsw cup back to the club we’ve had disjointed or no competitions with covid.

Pricey and those great Parra teams of the 70's. I was a very impressionable kid back then.

In fact I was toying with the idea of calling myself on this site ThePriceForHead and then having my Avatar picture something like this below -

But then thought eventually the joke would wear thin. So I went with TheRam because Parramatta should be the Rams seeing that it was the first place we started sheep farming here in Australia and the Rams are a much cuddlier, better and easier mascot to market then slippery slimy eels would be for kids. But here we are still the Eels. I suppose the one good thing about the Eels, they are fairly unique as far as sporting franchised go. I wonder though if we were to ever change to a different mascot would our seemingly endlessly cursed club finally find some luck and win a premiership or two? Who knows? Maybe a change of name may just change our fortunes for the better too. Go The Rams! Oh they are also my NFL team. Go, Go The Rams!!!

The sad thing is that this has hijacked women in league round. So that's very poor on Manly's part and a massive failure to acknowledge and embrace the thousands of women involved in the game from grassroots up to the NRL.
The mums, sisters, aunties, grandmothers who have been and are involved every training session, fund raising, travelling, volunteering and game days.
They should've donned the jersey next week. (Be more embarrassing for us if we lost with 7 players missing)
Do we have a religious round?
These guys are rugby league players. They want to play Rugby League. We shouldn't be mixing politics and sport.

I want the nrl to also have catholic round. Easter weekend all jerseys have crosses.

while we’re at it we should have an Islamic round. When it’s there Eid at end of Ramadan, all jerseys to have a sword or a moon.

They should also look into Buddhist, Hindu and Jewish rounds as well.

all players are to participate and if not blast from a cannon into the sun.
