Mum used to make bolgonaise with Spam when the family was struggling .I used to love it.Canned meat isnt so bad.

Devon is for peasants, you wouldn't eat that processed shit of you were starving or feed it to your growing family, its really not good for you at all and it's not good for brain function either.
Get a healthy variety of fresh caught fish, organic vegetables and fruit, grow your own or grow in a community garden, devon should be banned along with asbestos.
Feeding devon to children should probably be grounds for a docs investigation, its a warning sign for them don't doubt that.

People bang on about the system, sure we can all go live on a farm and grow organic food. Some people are aware they are part of a system thou and happy to play by the rules and set goals and achieve them. Why are people not wanting to be part of the system so keen on preaching their ideas to everyone like they have found a secret key.
We are aware of it but we are finding our own happiness being part of it.
