So at what point do the people who got narky with Gutho for his renewal dragging on and ending up in the media start getting narky with Moses and Drown for not "just signing ffs"? ..... this is the process merkins, learn to live with it

I looked online this morning and Code Sports have both Brown and Moses ditching us for Alan Bond contracts.

Last night on the way home, the James Graham podcast had Moses as only 50/50 staying at the eels.

The Telecrap podcast were just waxing lyrical about how "there is never a dull moment at the Eels".

Seriously we are the Megan Markel of the NRL teams. Post an article a day about her/us and you are guaranteed to get a zillion hits.

I’d say job security is important to the players. These guys have big debts. They’re not NBA players who can pay cash for mansions and commute to training from another state. They will have mortgages and so on.

I suspect we have at least $2 million to spend on two spine players. That is an average of at least $1 million each. Gutho can cover either 1 or 6. A lot of players at other clubs will suddenly becomes very disgruntled if there is $1 million on offer somewhere else.
