I think it's a fair sign that the Bulldogs aren't signing Moses if true. Even with the Gus cap they couldn't upgrade Burton, sign Chrighton and Moses.
If min contract goes from 80 to 150k their stragie to sign a bunch of nufties to make up the numbers is not going to work.
