Gutho drives high standards at training that can't be under estimated.

It makes everyone else lift there standard and it goes through the group.

Compared to Jarryd Hayne who picked and choosed when he wanted to play and train which doesn't help the team.

Gutho's contract sagas have been disappointing but other then that there isn't much else you can be critical of he competes like Thurston did on every play.
