You know how marketing works right ? The fact that you can associate the blue haven brand with Sterlo means it worked

It means I remembered it - it didn't work because it didn't/wouldn't influence my consumer behaviour in the slightest (other than in theory they'd be one of 3 companies I'd include in seeking quotes - if the quote didn't cut it there'd be no return).

Exactly ... might not have made you rush out and get a pool ... but if you were in the market for one, sterlo might sway you their way

And that's why it would have worked... Sterlo might not convince you to buy a Blue Haven Pool, but you included them in your 3 quotes which is more likely because of the recognition of Sterlo. There are probably 20+ companies who install pools who you didnt ask to quote.

Every time for at least a month I have tried to use Reply in App, it doesn't let me post properly. It just wants to me just reply within the quoted message.

Yes, but... there's still no return on the company's marketing investment if their quote is consistently beaten in quality, price or value.

Hence why it's all just a gamble with business pissing away money in efforts to expand, when that money would be better spent on hospitals and education etc if harnessed into the tax system.

I spent over $150k in mktng in 12 months for little or no return. Everything in business can be a gamble.

Glad the taxman only taxes us small business owners 27.5% for taking all the risks.

He’s not in a hurry to give you all your tax back if you go broke.

For every x number of merkins like you there is y number that get converted to a sale. It’s a numbers game. They don’t care if you buy a pool, as long as z number of merkins do.

You do realise you live in a capitalist society right?

You know that gamble I mentioned, well when it does work I go from employing 4 people to employing 14. They pay taxes instead of drawing on a government handout. They spend money that keeps other people employed and some of them buy Blue Haven pools.

Honestly, call me Joe McArthur but you sound like you would prefer to live in China, Russia or Nth Korea where everybody works for the benefit of the State.
