A smooth looking NRL player walks into a jewellry store with a beautiful much younger bird at his side...​


He told the jeweler he was looking for a special ring for his girlfriend. The jeweler looked through his stock and brought out a $5,000 ring.
The man said, 'No, I'd like to see something more special.'
At that statement, the jeweler went to his special stock and brought another ring over. 'Here's a stunning ring at only $40,000the jeweler said. The lady's eyes sparkled and her whole body trembled with excitement. The NRL player seeing this said, 'We'll take it.' The jeweler asked how payment would be made and the man stated, 'By cheque. I know you need to make sure my cheque is good, so I'll write it now and you can call the bank Monday to verify the funds; I'll pick the ring up Monday afternoon.'
On Monday morning, the jeweler angrily phoned the bloke and said 'Sir...There's no money in that account.
''I know,' said the player...'But let me tell you about my weekend.’

Isn't there some rule/tradition about 3 months salary you have to spend on an engagement ring...That'd be one expensive f**ken ring.

Anyone see the irony that ever since the NRL allowed him to postpone his suspension to this year.

He has injured his hammy in the semi final against us which required him to miss the GF. Which he wouldnt have played if he served his suspension originally and now this injury.

How have English backs gone in the NRL in recent season? Such as Sam Tomkins, Ryan Hall, Oliver Gildart?? Two of those were the best English players in their positions by a long way.

Why would he come to an NRL club to play second fiddle to Gutho x3 years.

Unless of course Mitchy is a Tiger, Dylan is a 7 and Gutho a 6.
