Why would we need to restart? Plenty of coaches walk into strong rosters and win straight away. Coaches don't build teams any more. They haven't since Smith and Gould stopped coaching. These days teams are built by football operations staff. The coach is just another merkin with some input.
Maybe the coaches haven't been the problem?
Well we've churned through players during that time too, so what other avenue are you referring to?
