Entirely agreed - I have wanted him for a while for the excellent utility value he provides.

However, wanting it and making it happen are two very different things in rugby league - so well done if true!

So in both Origin teams, we've managed to have 1 player - Paulo. Is this an indication of our team, how we're playing atm or it indicates nothing?

On 2023 form (ie.e closing games out and winning them), it's accurate to what we deserved - and tbh Paulo was pretty lucky as an incumbent.

RCG wouldn't have gotten a look in with Freddy, Matterson was a one game wonder (especially after his summer suspension choice), and 2022 Lane might have been a bolter - but not the 2023 version so far.

We also have the odd international who might fit at this level - Dylan... (and Hodgson )
