If we dont resign emu and a couple of injuroes like this year, we will be low on stocks.we got great middles
we need another good winger and number 14 atm
Our gameplan requires good middles

Ogden gives me Suaia Matagi vibes. Tendency to play out of his skin 1 or 2 weeks but then goes completely off the boil... Emu was just starting to come in to his own before you injury, I'd love to see us get the best of him in the years to comegiven the ammount of talent we have in the middle im not too worried. love to see emu resign but, but ogden has been performing really well also.

I assume we prioritise value over anything else, especially for those players who are more replaceable, which includes Cartwright and Greig.Did we prioritise Davey, Doorey and Joffa over Carty and Emu?
Smith got sacked by us and nobody got any closer to a premiership after him, not even with the team Smith left them. He'll probably go down the brian smith route... He'll get sacked or not renewed and then the new coach brings the premiership like smith at the chooks
Why wouldn't you support him? He's gotten the best results our club has seen since Smith.A lot of what you say is true but are you related to or friends with the Arthur family? You’re always rather impassioned in support of him.
Well the fact that I am questioning whether PF has any personal relationship with Brad Arthur and not asking you (despite you both being ardent supporters of him) shows that PF must be doing something different to other supporters. Mind you I could be completely wrong but I was curious to know. Why wouldn't you support him? He's gotten the best results our club has seen since Smith.
We have these forwards on the books for next year:If we dont resign emu and a couple of injuroes like this year, we will be low on stocks.

He's pretty cluey. I assume he is exaggerating for shits and giggles.Well the fact that I am questioning whether PF has any personal relationship with Brad Arthur and not asking you (despite you both being ardent supporters of him) shows that PF must be doing something different to other supporters. I referred to the chooksSmith got sacked by us and nobody got any closer to a premiership after him, not even with the team Smith left them.
I didn't think Makatoa is under contract for next year... unless I missed his extension? He's done a year over there already anyway, so could potentially prefer to head back thereto end his career (even on early release), if the money is good/better than ours.We have these forwards on the books for next year:
It took him 3 years to finally cement a spot in the top 17 at Parramatta and he hasn’t even completed a full good season yet. Would demand really be that high? There is strong rumours Maka will head to the ESL. Whilst he wouldn’t be on big coin he’d probably be enough to top up Emu’s current deal.
I’d like to keep Carty but at full strength I think he’s at best a bench played and possibly just a depth squad member whereas he’d likely start at 3-5 other clubs and a salary relevant to that. He’ll need to take decent to stay
@Stevie I have tagged you here and on the way cross the world. I'm now in Athens and on the way to some of Greek Islands in the next week.I’m now in Melbourne for work this week 6 degrees what a shithole!
Of course it’s true, but compliments like this will awaken the factions.Cartwright is a shining example of the boundless talents of our head coach. Takes a washed up, ne’er-do-well waster and turns him into a solid, dependable and occasionally game breaking back rower. Much like he did when he waved his magic wand at Papalli, and just watch what he does with Ofahengaue.
A statute isn’t enough, the merkin needs a shrine at Parra stadium and all you merkins can go there weekly to pay humble homage. And lick his boots.
Sacked????? His contract wasn’t renewed, he quit after a poor start. I had no problem with him not being renewed but the timing was wrong and don’t start me on his replacement ffs!!Smith got sacked by us and nobody got any closer to a premiership after him, not even with the team Smith left them.
We also have some big boppers in SG Ball who seemingly have more upside than Emu. If the shit teams are throwing cash at Emu, we’ll just have to walk away like we did with papa. If you are really a development club, then the benefit of that must be that players stay for less than market.I wonder how far off the coaching staff think jontay jnr is? Might be another factor in the Emu stakes.
