Does that mean every drop ball from Blake is just bad luck????
Actually lots have been saying it for at least 2 years. The slow ruck, the poor backline recruitment. Heres hoping he has the right ppl listening.

Any given drop is bad luck, because every player drops the ball sometimes. It is especially bad luck if it impacts the Ls column. Over a large enough sample some players make more errors than others, as do some teams. Since 2018 we have been one of the most error-prone teams, as you'd expect from a side that uses the ball so much. The exception was 2022 where only the Panthers and Storm were better.
Slow rucks aren't the massive failure merkins think they are. There tends to be an inverse correlation between ruck speed and post contact metres. You can increase your ruck speed simply by getting to ground quicker, which means less fighting for metres. Basically, you generally need to choose ruck speed or PCM. Since 2020 we've been in the top two for PCM every year, which is part of why we score so many points. Again, criticise where it's warranted but you're barking up the rong tree if you think our attack is the problem.
Well it’s in his best interests to stay measured, be too harsh on the club there goes your access. The rest of us are just frustrated fans and say what they really think. Unless you are one of the Huggers who defend no matter what.
