Yep, they can put any interstate opponent on at Leichhardt, and the latte set would still attend there. Maybe save one decent opponent (Canberra - 1989 GF opponents?) for a "back to Leichhardt" day, and have the big Sydney teams all play at Campbelltown.

When was the last time we played in Campbelltown.

I think we have played there once in the past 25 years.

Who do you reckon they would want to take over.

Its a bit like our issue with BA atm what's the actually solution to replacing him.

We really are devoid in the sport of any decent coaches coming up through the ranks in this day and age.

His ability has never been questioned, it's his character though which often has. That's why he makes for a great assistant offensive coach so that way he can't get to far ahead of himself.

Actually refreshing I didn't resort to some of the utter BS of years gone by where players have won awards and it's been an absolute head scratcher...seems it may have been the same this year. Don't know Didn't watch and don't care..
Nrl is more than ever a business...
I do watch most games a week but very rarely watch the footy shows, nrl 360 etc...dribblers of the highest order

I'm the opposite. Stopped watching most games but watch all the shows religiously. But then again I'm a massive dribbler in Olympic class Gold status and legendary proportions.

Sam Bremner is a standout. She is by far my favourite NRL sidekick commentator.

I just watch pre and post game shows for her and games that she commentates on are a breath of fresh air.

Compare her delightful commentary to say Spuds or Blockers and you can see where I'm going.

She shames them on every level.

More Sam Bremner is a wondrous thing. I can't believe that morons like Blocker not only commentate but commentate multiple games a week. I tune out almost immediately unless it is a game I really want to watch.

He and Spud really are a tune out team.

Yeah she is good but the other women are only on the shows due to their contracts..

Against the Tigers?
I honestly can't remember ever playing there against them in a regular season game.
I lived out that way for a long time and only ever remember attending a game in Campbelltown against the Eels that was a trial match (we got flogged). All the matches we've had against them have either been at Leichhardt, SFS, Allianz or Commbank.

The last regular season game I remember Parra playing at Campbelltown was against the Magpies in 1999. We won 68-10.

It's hard to fathom how Spud gets a gig. Maybe he does it for free.
