You have more chance of seeing us win a Premiership than you do me disabling my ad blocker.well get rid of you ad blocker then, and stop stealing money from us
1.7 million posts, half of them would be salmon jokes, half bald jokes and the other half may have some footy talk
Weren’t we told to be patient this time last year and pass judgement once our top 30 was finalised? That didn’t pan out well. I don’t hold much hope for next season either. I think fans are more than justified to be concerned
I think what Colonel was trying to say was we’ve been walking the streets at night just trying to get it right but it’s hard to see with so many around and you know we don’t like being stuck in the crowd and the streets don’t change but maybe the names and we ain’t got time for the gameWeren’t we told to be patient this time last year and pass judgement once our top 30 was finalised? Don't be cowards.
Lyrics?lyrics are very ironic coming from a band that took them 16 years to record a mediocre album.
Indeed, but the lack of foresight in targeting players off contract for 2024 and mediocre recruiting so far makes the question, are we on the ball in that area. The dismantling of the the NRLW and the inadequate replacements for the 7 that moved early in the NRL stings, the board should be seeking answers as the fan base looks for reasons.the addition of another franchise and the need to prioritise on our spine and middles made our job a little more harder, I can understand the frustrations now but there were reasons last year why we had to carry the squad we did.
Did we even have a review?? Was it even a concern over our failure of a season?? Or was it just out down to a tough draw and bad luck like Pou would have you believe???Indeed, but the lack of foresight in targeting players off contract for 2024 and mediocre recruiting so far makes the question, are we on the ball in that area. The concern is the passivity of recruiting from those in charge, every Div 1 age group club in juniors , are constantly looking at players from schools, other clubs, lower divisions and friends of current team in an effort to improve and basically win the premiership .Did we even have a review?? Was it even a concern over our failure of a season?? Or was it just out down to a tough draw and bad luck like Pou would have you believe???
The Storm have a review every single season even when they win a comp. But their standards are just a little bit higher than ours.

We haven’t had a review since the Clayton’s review after the spoon. I think there was a review on our pathways that was done by Nathan Brown.Didn't we have one? I thought Thats why we got rid of the 2 x n browns and waqa
…That saw Nathan Brown get appointed to a pathways role lolWe haven’t had a review since the Clayton’s review after the spoon. I think there was a review on our pathways that was done by Nathan Brown.
Must of been a hell of a review.…That saw Nathan Brown get appointed to a pathways role lol
Cheers mate, I get that. This was more a response for the calls to be patient. Regardless of the reasons for the 2023 squad, “patience” certainly didn’t pay off. I think it is completely justified for us fans to be concerned right now with the squad we have going into 2024. Our R&R team have provided little confidence in recent times of their ability to secure quality external signings.the addition of another franchise and the need to prioritise on our spine and middles made our job a little more harder, I can understand the frustrations now but there were reasons last year why we had to carry the squad we did.
Think it was recommended that the position get a pay rise too....…That saw Nathan Brown get appointed to a pathways role lol
