We need him to do a Ponga for us.

I am not sure Dylan Brown has the capacity to do a Ponga for us. Athletically maybe, Footy IQ I am not so sure....Could be wrong though.

It is scary to think how good Ponga can get if he stays concussion free. When he was consistently playing last season he single handedly got the Knights into the finals.

We just need Brown to not be a dickhead off field, make his tackles and run the ball as much as possible.

Remember Ponga a couple of years ago with his strawberry milk? And he’s had his own cubicle incident. Dylan will mature and I think we’ve yet to see the best of him.

Ponga had what 2-3 good months of footy and all of sudden he is great again please.

I wanna see him back it up for a full year before i wax lyrical over him. He caught a bit of fire with a soft draw at backend of the season.

Anyone remember game at Parramatta this year he was turnstile.

Plus he didn't play origin which takes an emotional and physical toll out of you as a player.

Players like Ponga will win individual awards because the commentators cream there pants after only seeing 1 or 2 special moments in a game and all of sudden he has 3 votes in the dally m.

I would argue Brown has done more so far then Ponga during his career.

Ponga had a cubicle incident with Mann on game day while he was injured.
Was club captain and on over $1m a season.
Knights fans were calling him over rated. Failed at 5/8.
One bad head knock from retirement yet he came back and tore the comp apart and got the Dally M despite missing many games.
Attitude is what is holding Dylby back. No more excuses.

Ponga just needs to play at fullback. Moving him to 6 was dumb. As soon as he went back to his preferred position he killed it. He won a Dally M and carried his side to the top 8. Has also won a man of the match in origin. Dylan has never had to carry a team.

He ripped teams up second half of last season. Chooses the right times to run. I called hm over rated but after last season Im giving him benefit of the doubt.
Brown Im still on the fence about now he is on big money. He often chooses the wrong times to run and can get fairly predictable at times.

Ponga exploded when he went back to fullback and was able to roam. He was shit house at 5/8 we destroyed him last year.

Thats why I think alot of people are saying Brown should go to fullback.

Anyone else notice the comments in the latest TCT training report about a player who is NOT Will Penisini who has done his ACL? TCT are pretty clear they don't comment on injuries. Anyone else know?

I feel at his best Ponga is the best attacking player in the game bar none. His issues is he is a bit soft in defense and is a head knock away from retirement along with other injury concerns.
D.Brown is tough as nails but he isnt anywhere close to Ponga in attack.
