The mods aren’t perfect, nobody is. In fact, they are quite lenient when it comes to posting on here. Can’t please everybody. I’m sure they have a personal life that doesn’t involve the forum, too. I’m not having a dig at anybody in particular. Geez, I don’t even post enough to warrant a reply for the most part. There are rules, if you think that you’re hard done by then I‘m interested to know why. At the end of the day, we’re all Parra supporters and it’s been a tough off season.

Because unlike most NRL fans I love intellectual rigor. The reason I am attacked by fellow posters is that I start with the assumption that NRL club decision makers are rational actors. From there it isn’t hard to find logical reasons for the decisions they make. This is at extreme odds with the kinds of people who turn everything they don’t understand into a conspiracy theory. Contradicting these people generates hostility.

Not everyone else. Just the ones who criticise things they don’t understand. If you’ve got a strong opinion you obviously haven’t given much thought, well I’m here to share my opinion too. Or sometimes due to relationships, like Ennis and Hodgson they sometimes get hornswoggled and that there was no real rational explanation for that signing at the time since there were so many other better options available, as so many of us had stated.

Remember people have rationalized genocide. Virtually anything can be rationalized...and then there is logic, common sense and reality.

Facts don't care about your reasoning and rationalizations. They just is the facts.

I'd ask the Tigers if they'd be interested in giving us Toupo for the season. He is off to the Dolphins next year anyhows. Means they save Salary cap space and can front load.
Perhaps a loan swap and we send them Doorey or Sanders for the year?
