Kent & Ikin seriously don't understand how league works. They've just said it's impossible for us to sign Hayne for this year, as we'd have to release Foran, and we can't release Foran unless he is signing with another club, which he can't do as its post June 30! His contact it void if we agree to his request, we are not transferring him to another club! Dead set morons.

Kent also said even though we've lost 12 points, if we make the finals we actually haven't received a punishment. Apparently all the NRL have done is reduce us to an equal position as the other teams chasing a spot in the 8, so therefore it's not a punishment at all

His arrogance is not warranted. That is what angers the most. He is not an intelligent man, always goes half cocked and is obviously biased. When he was challenged by some fans on his twitter account, he couldn't defend his opinion so he closed his account. That says it all.

If we sign Hayne for this year and we do not make 8. The possitives - We get to blood him at 5/8. It will take him a full season to peak at that position. But needs atleast 10-12 games to feel ok there. So no harm done.

Now here is a suggestion. Whatever we are to offer HAYNE we just front load that 250K for this year. It is not like he has heaps of options this season anyhows ......
