Forbidden by whom ffs? I've never stopped hearing merkins talk about them. I'm very conservative mate, so a lot of my friends and family are cookers. It's always been a topic of discussion. I guess because I spent a long time in government, I am less inclined to believe in conspiracy theories. And yes I agree that social media companies suppress narratives that don't suit them. Just like how mobs on LU try and suppress the narratives they don't like. That's how power works. Either way, I don't think governments responded to the pandemic the way they did because of malicious intent. They are just operated by people who are extremely risk averse.

I find the term "social media" to be a classic example of Orwellian doublespeak.
I know for a fact (and if I didn't my logic would lead me to highly suspect it) that the media, social or otherwise and especially MSM are all part of the same club with the same self serving interests of the providers of that pandemic. Fools one and all.

That logic says nothing about signing players into the top 30, which includes squad players and backups. All those great coaches have signed nuffies and used them in first grade. Bellamy played Lumelume six times in two years, including in a finals match. Does that mean Bellamy has no idea? I'd say he knew Lumelume was only good enough to be a backup. We knew the same about Lussick, which is why he left the first time.

Lussick has never been first choice 9 in the NRL, including at our club. Hodgson was signed to be our hooker this year. By the time he retired there were no other options on the market, so we brought in Lussick as an emergency squad rotation option with Hands.

The previous coach bought Lussick back to be the first choice 9, ahead of Hands. Otherwise, why would he punt Hands back to NSW Cup virtually immediately upon Lussicks arrival mid-season?

Hands didn't just get punted he got moved to 5/8 in reserve grade so the magical Boods got looked after in the hooker position.

I was speaking to Cayless this season a couple times when I saw him at commbank and I actually asked him once where he thought Hands best position was his response was Hands best position is dummy half.

Not in the halves where he was playing in NSW Cup & at the time I asked this Brad Arthur was still coaching us.
