Peats has started in over 50 FG games compared to Pritchard's 13 and played in 109 compared to Kaysa's 36. Big difference in experience levels. A bit like comparing Peats to Smith and wondering why he isn't as good a player.

Not really. Smith is a completely different player, he's essentially an old school halfback. Peats a Nd Pritchard are quite similar and Pritchard simply doesn't have the instinct for the position that Peats does

Pritchard is far quicker than Peats and with better footwork. He is much more a running player, but long minutes have forced him to curb his running game.

OK, so let's revisit this exact topic when Pritchard has played 109 games or started in 53 and see where we think each players instincts are.

I know Pritchard cops it on here heaps and most of that seems to stem from his run of injuries over the last few years but seriously the guys is one of the least experienced first grade hookers running around and he has shown that he has the potential to be more than just a solid first grader but also a key contributor.

Pritchard has played 36 games and only 13 of those in the starting side. The only current FG hooker with less experience is Brailey at the Sharks, with 12 FG games (all as a starter). Levi from Newcastle has only played 1 game more than Kaysa but has started at least 20 games and McIlwick from the Tigers has started 24 of his 41 games.

McInnes, Hodgson, Koroisau, Granville, Lichaa have all played over 50 games (but less than 100) and apart from Peats (109 games) the 'experienced' guys have all cracked 200 games in FG.

I reckon showing some patience in Kaysa to get some experience under his belt (including learning where NOT to put his head) before judging him as a failure might reduce the amount of egg that could be on some faces here this time next year.

Pritchard is not our problem. Especially if we get some more size up front.

TLDR: "Leave Kaysa Alone"

Hindy111 stood by him.

Kaysa once gets more of a senior role will start kicking and running more. Been improving each week. And if was behind a more dominant forward pack he would be more explosive.
The young bloke in under 20s Mahoney looks better in attack then Kaysa but a light frame. Wouldnt be ready till 2019/2020 if makes cut.

OK this one is a top scoop, the club is talking to somebody about joining the coaching staff, i dont want to go off early in case it doesnt happen but i will say the person has a glass eye.
Some might have mistaken it for a sleepy eye but i can confirm its a glass number.
Thats all im prepared to say at this point.

My favourite player excelled again last game. Tepai 68m. What a legend. Now lets compare him to...oh I don't know...how about Addin Fonua-Blake, who is the same age, just one month younger who made 130m.

Now this bloke is someone that is coming along just nicely for his age and inexperience. Has some stellar running performances and some quieter ones thrown in the mix as well. Not bad for a guy who made his NRL debut against us last year in round 7. I can see him being one of the leaders of the pack in a couple of years for the Sea Eagles.

Unfortunately I can't see that for Tepai. Well not a leader by what he produces on the field anyway. Boy is Tepai a real disappointment. for all the fanfare and talent, this guy is turning out to be a real lemon. If the rumours are true that we have re-signed him on around $600k, then I'm afraid we bought a dud.

By whatever yardstick you want to throw at me, he is no where near a $600k player. I wonder how much Coen Hess is on and how much he will be on when they upgrade his next contract? Oh yeah they already have and I doubt that he is on $600k.
