Without someone like Politis lining up the business world for TPAs it is difficult.

If we had our own Politis we might not be talking as much about how poorly run we are.

What I said was we have squandered 10's of millions and till now have very little in regards to creating asset based or even cash deposits to invest in high quality investments.

Sure, you will probably ask something as silly as "what would I invest in", as you, Gutful, Gronk and others usually try to put the onus back on us fans to solve every issue posters highlight, but that isn't the point nor am I stating to be a guru investor. The point is we have had many years of boom profits, but no matter who has been in charge, they have failed in building and expanding our clubs business asset portfolio.

Surely we should have been in a position to buy up quality downtown commercial Parramatta assets by now, before everything started to take off in our own district and therefore been in a position to really capitalise on it.

Where have all those profits gone? Not in investments from what can see. Sure the club will be able to show annual profit and loss spreadsheet till the cows come home, but the facts are we have very little to show for years of profit. If you were running my affairs like this Pou, you would have been sacked in the second year. Parra isn't the only profit making club to be in this position and there in lies the problem for most leagues clubs. They seem to be run by lesser quality individuals.

But I am not concerned with any other clubs failures but our own. I want us to be the best run and managed Leagues club in the country. At present, we seem to be far from that. Maybe when all our latest developments are complete and they start to earn their way into profit, we may start the ball rolling?

Who knows. I have given up in expecting much form our club. It reduces the pain and disappointment.
