I'm gunna stick to dumb merkin who is worth another chance.

Our culture wasn't harmed by Danny Wicks, Manu Mau or Blake Ferguson. It was by Jarryd Hayne though.
Firstly Wicks and Manu were men who already payed for their actions, not some whiney self entitled Millennial merkin who after being sacked is just about to waltz straight into another contract.

Fergo had been a straight citizen at the Roosters for quite a while and Hayne was the chosen one and worth the risk on a cut price deal after we’d just lost Semi.

This bloke isn’t that good a footballer is he really worth the effort???

If he has taken ownership of his issues and is committed to change then he has to be better value that Michael Oldfield but then again hes not Guthos bestie and car pool companion. We have been known to turn the odd Sows ear into a Silk purse.

Fergo was an absolute clown before he came to the Roosters and don’t forget the allegation of what he did to that poor girl in a nightclub. The guy is an absolute dope who quite frankly despite his talent I’m glad isn’t with us.

Did you say the same about Storm?
Yep, not all expansion teams will suck, especially if they have 'recruitment advantages' like the Storm. In fact there is a definite advantage to building for 2023 without having had to maintain a competitive squad through 2020-'21-'22. There is no back ended contracts to worry about for example, or even older players who you only needed for a year but couldn't get without offering them two years. An expansion club has none of that legacy planning holding them back.

Curtis scott is on my current list of 5 scumbag humans that shouldn't ever pull on a blue and gold jersey. He belongs with these other 4 below and should be lucky to be playing at all.

1. Matt Lodge
2. Tyrone May
3. Dylan Walker
4. Andrew Fifita
