Unbleivable... I'm sure there's a small business somewhere (Hillsong?) that would have chipped in a TPA just to cover that piddly fine, so he could start next season before Round 4.

It's pathetic from Matto. The more I think about it the more angry I get.

4k from a 650k a year contract is chump change and selfish.

He now misses 3 games. 1/8 of the season.

He must have made this decision pissed drunk after the GF.

Surely the club and BA should have said to him you sure you want to miss 3 games.

They can cover the fine in other ways.

There is nothing stopping them from paying him back on the side. The club made a motza last week in merchandise.

I was told last year he can be a precious whinger at training when doing certain drills that he doesn't like.

This was around the time he was left out against Newcastle in that semi final as I asked the question to someone involved in the club why he wasn't playing.
