He'll be able to link up with Api again, and there's that kid coming through as a fullback (Bula?) - but yes there's precious little else across the park for them to work with.

Knowing he's leaving might bring Penrith's cohesiveness down a notch this coming season to.

Apparently a very good halfback coming thru..By the time Luai gets there they might be a strong unit.

there's a career breaker

personally I think he's a bit overrated, the players around him make him look good at the Panfers, he wont have that luxury at Tigerland

He’s definitely a good player, it’s just whether he can be good enough to be worth that amount of money.

At Penrith he was a vital cog in their system and did it well. At the Tigers he will be expected to be the main man and earn his money, with lesser teammates around him. It will be interesting to see how he goes.

I hope he really struggles, to be honest. He’s a merkin and I’d like to see him be humbled quite a bit.

Is it? He'll be 32 by the time the contract is up and he'll be a multi millionaire. He may be overrated, overpaid and look like a fool on the field but at the end of the day he's going to get paid.

There is no way he can say no to that type of money. Good on him. And for the sake of the game I’m hoping the Tigers become a force again. But only after we jag another comp.
After we jag another comp... I can give the game away and embrace retirement!

37+ years of waiting ffs... being an Eels fan is like staying in a loveless marriage, holding out for the possibility of just one final f**k to bring back all the magic 😂.
